The Ocean is the most important and one of the least understood ecosystems on Earth. By joining forces, we can take collective action. We can improve environmental education and tackle Ocean threats through Science and Storytelling.

COLLABORATE FOR CHANGE

THE OCEAN SUPPORTS ALL LIFE. PROTECTING IT SHOULD BE PART OF OURS

The most effective way to ensure the health of our Ocean is to introduce young people to it, educate them about its importance, and empower them to take action to protect it.

That’s what we do.

Partnering with us supports the development of our UNESCO-endorsed youth programmes and enables our work translating complex Ocean science into engaging content and practical actions that everyone, everywhere can use to live more sustainably.

OUR IMPACT

WE’RE BRINGING THE OCEAN TO EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE BECAUSE IT’S OUR PLANET’S LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEM.

We’ve been experts on Ocean threats since 2009. In 2016, our award-winning documentary ‘A Plastic Ocean’ was named by Sir David Attenborough as
“one of the most important films of our time.”

But in this decade – the UN’s Ocean Decade – we’re thinking bigger. Bolder.

We need millions of people understanding that our Ocean is a solution
to some of the world’s biggest problems.

By 2030, we will engage
50 million people
in Ocean action.

    PAYROLL GIVING

Payroll Giving is a tax-efficient way for you to support our Ocean education programming for 3-25 year-olds, along with the rest of our Ocean Science work. Monthly, weekly, every four weeks. It doesn’t matter how you’re paid, anyone can donate through payroll giving.

Donations are taken each payday from your salary before tax, which means more money goes to charity. Speak to your Payroll Department to see if your workplace is set up to support charities through Payroll Giving or matched giving. If not, please get in touch and we’ll support you through the process.
