These terms and conditions apply for all donations made via our website during our Urgent Appeal. These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with our Website Use Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. 

• Benefits will be honoured on a first-come-first-served basis until the appeal ends. 
• Donations made outside our website will not qualify for a benefit. 
• The benefit you will receive is stated within the tile you select and relates directly to the value of your donation, as stated. 
• One donation equals one benefit. 
• You may donate more than once to receive multiple benefits. 
• To donate without receiving a benefit, please use the ‘Other Amount function’ for your donation. 
• If you donate via the ‘Other Amount function’, you may not receive a benefit. 
• The contact details you submit at the time of your donation will be used to arrange delivery of the relevant benefit to you, regardless of the ‘Keeping In Touch’ preferences that you select. You may gift your benefit to someone else once received. 
• Ocean Generation reserve the right to modify benefits as required. 
• Supporters who qualify for a benefit will not be announced or published publicly except where explicitly stated. 
• Entrants who are under the age of 18 years of age must obtain parental consent in order to participate. 
• This appeal is open to anyone, worldwide.   
• We process donations via our payment providers: Stripe and GoCardless. Please refer to their Terms and Conditions as they are different from our own.
